Specialist (m/f/diverse) Customer Order Management/eCommerce


Responsible for managing the work flow processes of the Customer Service Departments within our Region Europe (REU):
 

  • Establish processes for determining, investigating and resolving booking quality issues
  • Establish an on-going process for maintaining/improving data quality and defining data quality audit procedures
  • Assist on regional analyses, including enhancements on the export systems
  • Monitor implementation of strategic initiatives on export
  • Provide details to monitor the execution of the export strategy
  • Review and monitor the outbound customer service work flow processes for REU
  • Analyse procedures to ensure efficiency, accuracy and compliance with established company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate regional export implementation of policies and standards
  • Develop export benchmarks for measuring the performance of divisions and departments throughout the Region (export customer service and import performance)
  • Review and analyse current processes under the aspect of achieving synergies
  • Support the Standardization Project, new system implementation on the export department and monitor relevant Key Performance Indicators
  • Drive technological innovation for customer facing interfaces with Headquarters Hamburg
  • Support e-commerce growth within REU as well as identifying and monitoring relevant Key Performance Indicators
  • Provide weekly report to the Senior Management

  • Successfully completed apprenticeship as a Shipping Agent and/or university degree in Economics
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Very good command of MS Office
  • Very good analytical skill, structural thinking, affinity for IT
  • Very good coordination skills
  • Good communication skills, team oriented spirit and creativity
  • Assertive personality, ability to work under pressure, proactive behavior
